Billing questions

Do you have an enterprise plan?

No, on purpose. Scale covers unlimited products, up to 5 stores and 15 users, API access and webhooks at a published price. If you need more stores or seats, tell us and we'll raise the limit on your account, still at list price.

How does the annual discount work?

Annual plans are 20% off the monthly price and are billed once a year. Starter is $468/year, Growth $948/year and Scale $1,908/year — the same features, just cheaper.

What are credits?

Credits are the single currency behind every AI action in Rizecart: checking a monitoring question on one AI platform, writing a product fix, translating a product, running an audit. Each plan includes a monthly allowance; the price list above shows what each action costs.

Do unused credits roll over?

Plan credits reset on your billing date and don't roll over. Credits you buy as a top-up never expire while you're subscribed, and are only used after your plan credits run out.

What if I run out of credits?

Nothing breaks. Your store, findings and history stay exactly as they are; AI actions simply pause until your plan resets, you buy a pack from Billing, or you upgrade to a plan with more credits.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. No cancellation fees.

What happens if I exceed my product limit?

Nothing breaks. We keep auditing the products within your limit and show you exactly how many are outside it, so you can upgrade when it makes sense. On Scale there is no product limit.

Which currency do you charge in?

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed by Tap, which accepts mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay.

Do you offer a trial?

The free audit is the trial: it shows you real findings for your store before you pay anything.
