The service
Rizecart audits online stores for AI visibility, proposes fixes and monitors AI answers. Results depend on your store and on third-party AI platforms we do not control.
Your account
You are responsible for your credentials and for the people you invite to your organisation. Keep your login private.
Changes to your store
Fixes are published only after your approval. You are responsible for reviewing them. We provide rollback but cannot guarantee third-party platforms accept every change.
Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not audit stores you have no right to audit for abusive purposes, and do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or access other accounts.
No guarantees
AI platforms change their behaviour without notice. We measure and improve your readiness but cannot guarantee any specific mention or ranking.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
