Privacy policy
What we collect
Account details (name, email), store data you connect (products, collections, content), the public URL you audit, and usage logs needed to run the service. For public audits we store a hashed form of your IP address for rate limiting, never the raw address.
Why we collect it
To audit your store, propose and publish fixes you approve, monitor AI answers, bill your subscription and support you. We do not sell your data.
AI providers
To generate fixes and run monitoring questions we send product content and buyer-style questions to AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Microsoft Azure OpenAI). We do not send customer or order data.
Sharing
We share data only with processors needed to run the service: hosting, database, email and payment providers. Public audit reports are visible to anyone with the report link.
Retention
Store data is kept while your account is active. Public audits are kept for a limited period for caching. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, and export it, by contacting us.
